Open to visitors since 2006, the Procolo Museum, beside the famous St. Proculus Church
brings to life 1,500 years of history of the people of the Naturno (Naturns) region. The museum’s underground path guides visitors through various stages including late Antiquity, the early and late Middle Ages, and through to modern times. It is also possible to see the 14th century Gothic frescoes, taken from the St. Proculus Church. The museum is designed so that tours are not necessary - however, these are available on request.
