Opened in 1977 in Foiana (Völlan) near Lana, this museum is located in a building of the rectory and displays objects of everyday rural life, along with a variety of pre-industrial tools. Outside the museum visitors will be transported back in time as they find a variety of tools once used to work the fields. Butter churns, the famous pan for roasting chestnuts, pasta-making machines and much more can be found in the kitchen while spinning and weaving tools can be found upstairs. Both adults and children alike will find this museum interesting and a chance to really engage with and experience times gone by.
