Every guest has his own personal culinary preferences. That’s why we offer a wide selection from traditional Tyrolean dishes to Italian light summer dishes. Enjoy these specialties in our restaurants (Palm Garden, Tyrolean rooms or basement restaurant). The Palm Garden offers summery southern atmosphere with a Mediterranean backdrop. If you prefer a Pizza or a Mexican restaurant, both of these possibilities are offered to you in our Resort Gstör.

We would like to point out that we use only first class products from our own butcher`s shop. You get quality products from primarily local livestock. We are the producer of the Speck Alto Adige PGI (=original South Tyrolean bacon brand) and many South Tyrolean smoked meat products and so you can find an ideal present for your friends. Flavor and tasteful surroundings in charming alpine environment.
