Merano 2000 Cable CarThe new ultra-modern Merano 2000 cable car is the largest in South Tyrol and can reach Piffing, the skiing and hiking area, from Merano/Naif in just a few short minutes. The modern cable car can carry up to 120 people, meaning that long queues are now just a memory. The architecturally modern cable car has a lower, upper and intermediate station from which hikers can begin their trips. Ski rental is available from the lower station. There is also a bistro in the upper station where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.
